CHV IS MOVING TO EPIC:

Colorado Heart and Vascular will be transitioning our electronic medical records system to EPIC at the beginning of April. During the first few weeks, some processes in the office may take longer than usual as our staff becomes familiar with the new system.

Patients will have access to the MyChart patient portal through Common Spirit. If you already have a portal, your CHV Portal will automatically connect.

Please be patient with us as we work through this transition to improve your cardiac care.
